count changes, and they act on that count as normal. They can not act
again on their original initiative count.

and one other willing creature within range, instantly swap positions.
Objects carried by you and the other creature
(up to the maximum load of each) go with each of you, but other
creatures
do not, even if they are carried. The movement is instantaneous and does
not provoke attacks of opportunity. If cast in response to an attack or
similar event that occurs with regard to one target of this spell, there is only a 50% chance that this spell will resolve
before that event, which would cause it to affect the other subject of this spell
instead. Upon arrival, each of you must occupy an
available space that lies within or entirely overlaps the space
previously occupied by the other. If no such space exists for either
creature, the spell fails.
