Mors-Gigas Template

Mors-Gigas Template -- Under Construction

A mors-gigas is an aquired template that can be added to any humanoid or giant of Small to Huge size.

CR: Same as the base creature +2.
Alignment: Evil (any)
Size/Type: The creature's size remains the same, while its type changes to Undead with the Augmented subtype.
Senses: Same as the base creature plus Darkvision out to 120 feet, Superior Low-Light Vision, Scent and the Lifesight feat if it has a Charisma score of at least 13.
AC: Same as the base creature, plus a +2 increase to its natural armor bonus. The creature also gains a +3 shield bonus to AC from its arm shield.
hp: Same as the base creature plus Fast Healing 1 and Damage Reduction 5/magic and slashing.
Immune: Same as base creature, plus Undead Traits.
Resist: Same as base creature, plus resistance to cold 15 and electricity 15.
Speed: Same as base creature, with an increase of 10 feet to each movement speed except burrow.
Melee: Same as base creature, plus the following natural weapons:

A primary boneblade attack dealing 1d8 base damage at medium size (19-20/x2 crit).
A secondary shield arm attack dealing 1d6 base damage at medium size.

Special Attacks/Actions: Same as the base creature, minus any of those using claw or slam attacks the creature no longer has. In addition, add the following.

Boneblade (Ex): The upper right arm of a mors-gigas ends in a blade of bone. Although the boneblade attack of a mors-gigas is considered a primary natural weapon, the creature may use it to make additional attacks according to its base attack bonus, as if it were a manufactured weapon. A successful boneblade blade attack deals piercing or slashing damage.
Reaving Strikes (Ex): The natural weapons of a mors-gigas overcome all forms of damage reduction based on a metallic material.
Shield Arm (Ex): The upper left arm of a mors-gigas is enlarged and heavily armored, providing it with a +3 shield bonus to its Armor Class. A mors-gigas can also use this arm to make a bashing attack as a secondary natural weapon. A mors-gigas does not lose its arm's shield bonus when it attacks in this manner. A successful shield arm attack deals bludgeoning damage.

Spell-Like Abilities: Mors-gigas with a wisdom or charisma of at least 8, may cast the following spell-like abilities with a caster level equal to their Hit Dice. The save DCs are charisma-based. A constant spell-like ability has no use limit and an indefinite duration; unless otherwise stated, a creature can only use a constant spell-like ability on itself. Dismissing or reactivating a constant spell-like ability is a swift action.

Constant—aura of terror, icefane corpse, superior magic fang;
At will—animate dead;
1/minute—mass align fang;

Abilities: Change from base creature as follows: Str +4, Dex +2, Con —, Wis +2, Cha +2
Special Qualities: Change from the base creature as follows and add the following.

Additional Arms (Ex): A mors-gigas gains one additional pair of arms matching the pair of arms it possessed prior to gaining this template, including any natural weapons associated with those limbs. These additional arms emerge from the sides of its torso, beneath its shield arm and the arm bearing its boneblade attack.

Feats: Same as the base creature, plus Improved Critical [Boneblade], Improved Critical [Shield Arm], Improved Multiattack, Improved Natural Attack [Boneblade], Improved Natural Attack [Shield Arm] and Multiattack as racial bonus feats.
Skills: Same as base creature, plus a +4 racial bonus to Listen and Spot checks.
